Create a New Project

Initialize your workspace using the nsCreateProject command.

Manage and Activate Blocks

Use the nsBlockManager command to create a new block and set it as the active working block.

Define Parts

Start defining structural parts with the nsDefinePart command.

Generate Frames

Create frame elements using the nsAddFrame command.

Add Stiffeners

Generate stiffeners with the nsAddStiffener command.

Apply Stiffener Cutouts

Introduce cutouts to stiffeners using the nsAddStiffenerCutOut command.

Place Markers

Add standard markers with the nsSetMarkers command and position markers where required using the nsSetPositionMarkers command.

Generate 2D Parts

Create 2D representations of your parts with the nsGetPart2ds command.

Nest the Parts

Optimize material usage and nesting layout with the nsNest command.

Create Cutting Schemas

Use the nsCreateSheet command to generate cutting schemas.
Tip: To include only markers and part IDs, use the nsGetPartProperties command.

Generate Bill of Materials

Create a detailed bill of materials for all defined parts using the nsGetPartListReport command.
Additionally, use the nsGetStiffenerInfo command to produce a dedicated stiffener and profile list.

Produce Bending Schemas

Generate flat-bar and plate bending schemas with the nsGetFBBendingSchemes and nsAddHullBendingParts commands.

Setting	Description
Convert 'St42' to 'A Grade' at CreateSheet	Converts steel grade “St42” to “A Grade” when creating cutting sheets.
GetPart2Ds command place with minimum X	Places generated 2D parts starting from the minimum X coordinate.
Warn before delete lightening hole command	Prompts before deleting lightening holes from the model.
Set PartID format to be [4] digit	Defines the number of digits in automatically generated Part IDs.
Show Project Info Live Text \| Text Height [12]	Displays live project information text in drawings using the chosen height.
Add direction to frame markers of CNC cut stiffeners and faceplates	Adds directional arrows to CNC frame markers for stiffeners and faceplates.
Use existing object name at Define Part	Preserves the original Rhino object name when defining parts.
Optional columns for part list report	Adds extra fields (Assembly, Destination, Document, etc.) to the part list report.
System: Metric / Imperial	Selects the working unit system.
Layout Scale List	Defines available scales for drawing layouts (e.g. 2.5–10–25–33–50).
Minimum length for adding direction to marker curves	Sets the minimum curve length required to place direction arrows.
Minimum length for adding texts to marker curves	Sets the minimum curve length required to place text annotations.
Area threshold for plate direction markers	Defines the minimum plate area for showing direction markers.
Navigation Text Color	Defines the color for navigation or reference texts.
Layer / Color	Default layer and color for drawing elements (e.g. Bracket, ForestGreen).
Space between unrolled parts	Distance between flattened parts in nesting layouts.
Auto-Unroll Tolerance	Maximum deviation allowed during automatic unroll (default 0.5).
Control part size w.r.t. plate size on define and edit	Ensures that defined parts fit within their assigned plate size.
Plate Width / Height / Offset	Defines default dimensions and edge offset of plates.
Part Name Format for 2Ds	Defines how 2D part names are composed (e.g. BlockAndNumber).
Add block name to custom named 2D texts	Automatically appends the block name to 2D text labels.
Direction Marker Length / Auto	Defines the default marker arrow length (Auto adjusts automatically).
CreateSheet Layer Config	Selects the layer configuration (Notilus1 / Notilus2) for sheet creation.
Import / Export	Imports or exports the current configuration to a file.
OK	Saves all changes and closes the settings window.

Posiziona i GetPart2Ds a partire da X minima	Posiziona le parti 2D generate a partire dalla coordinata X minima.
Avvisa prima di eliminare i fori di alleggerimento	Mostra un messaggio di conferma prima di eliminare i fori di alleggerimento.
Imposta formato PartID a [4] cifre	Definisce il numero di cifre utilizzate negli ID parte generati automaticamente.
Mostra testo info progetto in tempo reale \| Altezza testo [12]	Mostra il testo delle informazioni di progetto in tempo reale con l’altezza specificata.
Aggiungi direzione ai marker di telaio per taglio CNC	Aggiunge frecce direzionali ai marker di telaio per il taglio CNC di irrigidimenti e piastre.
Usa nome oggetto esistente in Definisci Parte	Mantiene il nome originale dell’oggetto Rhino durante la definizione delle parti.
Colonne opzionali per il report elenco parti	Permette di includere colonne aggiuntive (Assemblaggio, Destinazione, Documento, ecc.) nel report.
Sistema: Metrico / Imperiale	Seleziona il sistema di unità utilizzato nei calcoli e nei risultati.
Elenco scale layout	Definisce le scale disponibili per i layout (es. 2.5–10–25–33–50).
Lunghezza minima per aggiungere direzione alle curve marker	Imposta la lunghezza minima della curva per aggiungere frecce direzionali.
Lunghezza minima per aggiungere testi alle curve marker	Imposta la lunghezza minima della curva per aggiungere testi.
Soglia area per i marker di direzione piastra	Imposta l’area minima della piastra per mostrare i marker di direzione.
Colore testo di navigazione	Definisce il colore dei testi di navigazione o di riferimento.
Layer / Colore	Definisce il layer e il colore predefiniti per gli elementi (es. Bracket, ForestGreen).
Spazio tra parti sviluppate	Definisce la distanza tra le parti spianate nei layout di nidificazione.
Tolleranza di spianatura automatica	Deviazione massima ammessa durante la spianatura automatica (max 0.5).
Controlla dimensione parte rispetto alla piastra	Verifica che la parte definita rientri nella piastra assegnata.
Larghezza / Altezza / Offset piastra	Definisce le dimensioni e l’offset predefiniti della piastra.
Formato nome parte per 2D	Definisce la convenzione di denominazione per le parti 2D (es. BloccoENumero).
Aggiungi nome blocco ai testi 2D personalizzati	Aggiunge automaticamente il nome del blocco alle etichette di testo 2D.
Lunghezza marcatore direzione / Auto	Definisce la lunghezza predefinita dei marcatori direzionali; “Auto” regola automaticamente.
Config layer CreateSheet	Seleziona quale configurazione layer (Notilus1 / Notilus2) usare nella creazione dei fogli.
Importa / Esporta	Importa o esporta la configurazione corrente in un file esterno.
OK	Salva le modifiche e chiude la finestra impostazioni.
